1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Beavrix app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Beavrix is a comprehensive project and financial management system that can be used by anyone or any company who wants to track their projects and manage their financial resources. The app provides comprehensive solutions for managing:
- Various types of projects (construction, commercial, personal, etc.)
- Warehouses and raw materials
- Production workshops
- Financial operations (income and expenses)
- Teams and users
- Financial and accounting reports
3. Subscriptions and Payment
- The app offers monthly and yearly subscriptions
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
- Subscription can be cancelled from Apple ID settings at any time
- Payment is processed through App Store
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
- Cancellation before renewal date prevents next payment
- No cancellation fees
4. Use of the App
- The app can be used to manage any type of project (personal, commercial, professional)
- Can be used to track personal or business income and expenses
- Must be used for legitimate purposes only
- The app may not be used for any illegal activities
- Login credentials must be kept confidential
- User is responsible for all activities performed using their account
5. Data and Information
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered in the app
- Sensitive information must be kept confidential
- Data may not be shared with unauthorized parties
- The app can be used to record personal or business financial transactions
- We maintain backups of your data to ensure it is not lost
6. Different Use Cases
The app can be used in multiple scenarios such as:
- Managing contractors and real estate developers' projects

- Remove any trademarks or proprietary rights

- Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
- We use advanced encryption to protect your data
- We will not share your data with third parties without your consent
- You can request deletion of your data at any time
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or service in the following cases:
- Violation of Terms of Use or Privacy Policy
- Using the app for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Non-payment or subscription expiration
- Your personal request to cancel the account
In case of service termination by us without fault of the user:
- We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
- Paid fees for the remaining period will be refunded
- A copy of your data will be provided before closure
In case of complete service shutdown:
- We will notify all users at least 60 days in advance
- All paid fees for remaining periods will be fully refunded
- Tools will be provided to export data
10. Disclaimer
- The app is provided "as is" without any warranties
- We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from use of the app
- User is responsible for accuracy of entered data
- We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on app data
11. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Users will be notified of significant changes 14 days in advance
- Continued use of the app after modifications means you accept them
12. Governing Law
- These terms are subject to the laws applicable in the user's country
- Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal means

1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق بيفركس، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
2. وصف الخدمة
بيفركس هو نظام إدارة مشاريع ومالية متكامل يمكن استخدامه من قبل أي شخص أو شركة تريد تتبع مشاريعها وإدارة مواردها المالية. يوفر التطبيق حلولاً شاملة لإدارة:
- المشاريع المختلفة (إنشائية، تجارية، شخصية، إلخ)
- المخازن والمواد الخام
- الورش الإنتاجية
- العمليات المالية (الواردات والمصروفات)
- الفرق والمستخدمين
- التقارير المالية والمحاسبية
3. الاشتراكات والدفع
- التطبيق يقدم اشتراكات شهرية وسنوية
- الاشتراك يتجدد تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤه
- يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك من إعدادات Apple ID في أي وقت
- الدفع يتم عبر App Store
- الأسعار قابلة للتغيير مع إشعار مسبق قبل 30 يوماً
- الإلغاء قبل موعد التجديد يمنع الدفع التالي
- لا توجد رسوم إلغاء
4. استخدام التطبيق
- يمكن استخدام التطبيق لإدارة أي نوع من المشاريع (شخصية، تجارية، مهنية)
- يمكن استخدامه لتتبع الواردات والمصروفات الشخصية أو التجارية
- يجب استخدام التطبيق للأغراض المشروعة فقط
- لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق لأي أنشطة غير قانونية
- يجب الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول
- المستخدم مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم باستخدام حسابه
5. البيانات والمعلومات
- أنت مسؤول عن دقة البيانات المدخلة في التطبيق
- يجب الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة
- لا يجوز مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف غير مخولين
- يمكن استخدام التطبيق لتسجيل المعاملات المالية الشخصية أو التجارية
- نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية من بياناتك لضمان عدم فقدانها
6. حالات الاستخدام المختلفة
يمكن استخدام التطبيق في سيناريوهات متعددة مثل:
- إدارة مشاريع المقاولين والمطورين العقاريين
- تتبع مشاريع الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة
- إدارة المشاريع الشخصية والفردية
- تسجيل الواردات والمصروفات الشخصية
- إدارة المخازن والمخزون التجاري
- تتبع العمليات المالية للشركات
7. الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في التطبيق محفوظة لشركة بيفركس. لا يجوز:
- نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع التطبيق
- استخدام أي جزء من التطبيق لأغراض تجارية دون إذن
- إزالة أي علامات تجارية أو حقوق ملكية
8. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
- يتم التعامل مع بياناتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا
- نستخدم تشفير متقدم لحماية بياناتك
- لن نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة دون موافقتك
- يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت
9. إلغاء الخدمة
نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أو إنهاء حسابك أو الخدمة في الحالات التالية:
- انتهاك شروط الاستخدام أو سياسة الخصوصية
- استخدام التطبيق لأنشطة غير قانونية أو احتيالية
- عدم الدفع أو انتهاء صلاحية الاشتراك
- طلبك الشخصي لإلغاء الحساب
في حالة إنهاء الخدمة من قبلنا دون سبب من المستخدم:
- سنقوم بإشعارك قبل 30 يوماً على الأقل
- سيتم استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة عن الفترة المتبقية
- سيتم توفير نسخة من بياناتك قبل الإغلاق
في حالة إيقاف الخدمة بشكل كامل:
- سنقوم بإشعار جميع المستخدمين قبل 60 يوماً على الأقل
- سيتم استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة عن الفترة المتبقية بشكل كامل
- سيتم توفير أدوات لتصدير البيانات
10. إخلاء المسؤولية
- التطبيق يُقدم "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسائر مالية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق
- المستخدم مسؤول عن دقة البيانات المدخلة
- لسنا مسؤولين عن القرارات المالية المتخذة بناءً على بيانات التطبيق
11. التعديلات
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت
- سيتم إشعار المستخدمين بالتغييرات المهمة قبل 14 يوماً
- استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديلات يعني موافقتك عليها
12. القانون الساري
- تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في بلد المستخدم
- أي نزاع سيتم حله عبر الوسائل القانونية المناسبة
